Shasta Camp is a special camp in a special place. The camp is held at the Shasta Methodist Camp – perched at an elevation of 5,000 feet within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. It has a spectacular view of snow-covered Mt. Shasta. Nearly all of the 600 children and youth that have gone to Shasta Camp over the last 26 years . . . had one of the best weeks of their lives. Four days of great fun, super music, wonderful speakers, lots of food, hiking, tubing, crafts and some-mores around the campfire – happening in the context of Christian communion in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Shasta Camp has not only endured, it has thrived over the last 26 years because it has remained true to its core purpose, philosophy and rules.
